Shipping costs (incl. VAT)
The following conditions apply:
The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory VAT.
The shipping costs of the products are calculated depending on the shipping costs of the respective furniture partner.
The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
The delivery takes place within Germany. The delivery time of the offered items can be found in the product description. If not all ordered products are in stock, prices or delivery times have changed, we will inform you immediately.
If the driver does not meet you during a delivery, you will receive a notification card. Please refer to this notification card for the further steps required.
Before opening a product, the customer must check that the delivery corresponds to what was requested (model, colour, size, finish, etc.) according to the delivery note, making a claim immediately in the event of an anomaly. If the customer notices an anomaly before opening the product, we ask that you do not break the seal or open the packaging and, if possible, write “accepted with reservation” on the delivery note and indicate what it is.

If the order does not meet your expectations or you no longer wish to receive your product, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Only whole products can be returned. The return of individual parts is not possible.
The goods must be unused and sent in the original packaging together with the completed returns form. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are complete and properly packed. Individual packages must not be glued together. We do not create return labels. Returns must be organized by the customer himself. All costs associated with the return must be borne by the customer. The costs depend on the size and weight of the return. Please inform yourself before ordering about possible return costs.
In the case of returns with a forwarding agent, we can organize the return shipment on request. A lump sum will be deducted from the refund. The return costs are calculated as in the table below.

The return form must be filled out completely and placed in each package. Without this we cannot accept your return. After receipt of the goods, the registration and verification of the return can take up to 14 days. Once the returned goods have been confirmed, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used to pay for the order.
